Thank you for your order and we really do appreciate it. We strive to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt on items that are in stock. We do everything we can to get it shipped in the most timely and efficient manner. Back ordered items will be shipped when received in our warehouse. Lead time varies by supplier. We ship by independent courier within the GTA, GLS or Canada Post within the rest of the world. Large shipments go by ground.

We offer international shipping to the anywhere in the world. We will calculate a freight charge and confirm before we accept the order.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Master Finishing Supplies Inc is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your details and we will locate your package for you.

We will ship via Canada Post to PO Boxes.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns if the item is unused and in its original condition. We cannot accept returns on custom products (Tinted paint or custom made sanding belts,) If we cannot resell it, we will not accept it back. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Non stock items will be returned to our supplier and will be subject to our suppliers restocking fees.

If your order arrives damaged please contact us as soon as possible. Please include details of the damage and a photo if possible. In the event of a shipping error, please give us the details. We will detail with these on a case by case basis to ensure your satisfaction.
