We stand behind what we sell and we aim to be easy to work with. Please email us at info@masterfinishing.ca with the return information including invoice date, invoice number and why you would like to return the item. Stock items can be returned with no restocking fee shipped prepaid back to us in resalable condition. Non stock or custom items will be dealt with on a case by case basis. If an item is not saleable we are not able to accept it for return.
Warranty is offered by the manufacturer. Depending on the manufacturer we will handle the warranty for you or put you in contact with the manufacturer directly
